PRODUCT CANGES
The consumer reserves the right to change the product with another size, color or other product, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the package by you, provided that it meets the necessary conditions. The consumer is charged for shipping.

Return conditions:
• the product must not have been used
• Return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
• it must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product
In a period of discounts, offers or special prices, the changes are made to the current prices.
In case the product you return has a higher value than the product you want to receive, then you can either ask us to refund the difference by depositing it in your account, after the completion of the process, or keep the difference in credit balance for your future market .

After contacting us, the new parcel is sent and then exchanged with the old parcel hand in hand with the distributor (courier). After contacting us about the change, place the products you wish to change in their original packaging.

RETURN PRODUCTS
You have the right to return in order to return the value of the returned product, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the package by you and if it meets the necessary conditions.
Return conditions:
• Return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
• The returned products must be in the condition where they were sent by www.fashionsteps.gr and received by the customer, complete and without damage.
• Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition (without removing the labels) and with all shipping documents (eg Retail Receipt, etc.).
In case you need to use the right of return, you should contact us by phone or e-mail, within the time limit set. After contacting us about the return, place the products you wish to return, in their original packaging.
In order for the products to reach good condition, you must definitely pack them properly in any bag. When we receive the package and find that the product does not have abrasions, creases and generally does not give the impression of being used beyond use to determine its suitability, then only the refund process will continue.
